They do not return your call. Once they find out you are on a legal plan (MetLife) they ignore your calls. I think I talked to one human the several times I called, otherwise I was instantly routed to voicemail and my messages were never returned. I assume they block all numbers associated with a legal plan because I tried calling from my other phone and a different message came through. I would not work with this firm as they seem unprofessional and don’t care about clients.
