It was the worst decision to have hired them to handle my case. At the beginning, Edwin, the attorney's assistant, was very attentive and kind to me, she took note of all my information and received all the documents that I sent her by mail. However, a month and a half passed from the moment I hired them and I only received a call from the lawyer Edwin Zavala to ask me what I wanted him to advise me on (this was 1 month later, when I had already made the contract with them indicating which was what he required from them).
A week after the call I had a face-to-face appointment with the lawyer Edwin, he met with me to ask me the same thing he asked me on the call.
He had made absolutely no progress with my case.
This firm wasted my time, especially the lawyer Edwin, he did not do his job, he never gave me an answer about my case. I had to make some suggestions about my case. Very bad experience with him.

I have had my first consult here. I only talked to the assistant. He was busy typing the information into the computer and reading emails apparently from the lawyer regarding my case. He would get up and walk into another room to talk to the lawyer about my situation. I didn't care for this. What's wrong with me talking to an attorney? Is he the king or something? I have never had a consult where I don't see a real attorney, with a legal assistant constantly getting up and down to consult an attorney in another room. A strange setup.

We had an issue with citizenship application. Mr Zavala (office manager and a Lawyer) provide us with a free case evaluation, set a reasonable retention fee. He followed up with his promises and delivered. Since they were reestablishing their office after COVIS-19 (in May and June 2021), all calls were directed to their Houston Main Office which was a bit confusing. This issue is resolved , now staff has direct phone numbers. staff were great in helping with the issues. They spent a lot of time and on details of our case. our case was resolved to our satisfaction on July 22, 2021. I will use them in the future.
