There's no current phone number to call all the way til Dec 9.
That's incredible. How can they move offices during Thanksgiving week & not have a way to get in contact til nearly ten business days later? Zero stars!

I was able to use this organizations help back in Fall of 2023 to settle a dispute with a bank and the entire process, although lengthy, went smoothly and was helpful. For my particular case (Civil Court), I was able to speak with a paralegal in-person with the CLARO office (CLARO is open every Thursday from 2:00-4:30 PM in Room 1312, 13th FL and from 5:00-7:00 PM in Room 504, 5th FL in the Brooklyn Civil Court located on 141 Livingston St.). I recommend taking ALL necessary paperwork for your case and proper ID in order to thoroughly go over your civil case. I can't thank the legal help from these individuals enough, your service to the community of Brooklyn is greatly appreciated. Thank you Francesca and Daniel!

Amazing service, informative responsive and caring. Rarely will you find someone to listen to.you hear you and more importantly help you when your in need. I went here because they helped a friend out and I was equally impressed. Their staff and the lawyers they link to assist clients are beyond measure. Do yourself a favor call them.email them ask for the help... Even if you don't think you qualify they will help you answer questions and send you in the right direction a. When you need help start and often finish here. I cannot say enough in support of them and their work.

I went to that place to see if they can help me, not only Eloi was very helpful and compassionate, he was also very patient with a man who has issues that couldn’t know how to solve it. I heard him explaining something over like 20 times to that man and very very patient and make sure he understands what he needs to be done. I would definitely recommend this place, I believe when I called I spoke to an Eloi, who was very patient and listened to me then directed me. My attorney is Joanne Reece. Very thorough attorney she will fight for you. She will not sugar coat anything for you she will tell you how it is. I’ve been dealing with this place since bout 2019 and into 2022. My attorney has had my back and never gave up on me even though I’m sure I could of been a lil difficult at some points but Going thru courts is very stressful And she stayed on top of things. I’ve only had her as my lawyer at this place but I’m sure there are other great Attorneys. If you are in need of an attorney make this your first choice they will listen and guide you. Thank you Joanne Reece and thank you to whoever created the Brooklyn Volenteer lawyers project. 5 stars is not enough!
