Very Unprofessional office. We had a consultation with Stephen and he didn’t seem interested in the case and was a little condescending and insensitive. Nevertheless, we wanted to still work with him because he was very knowledgeable. Called the office to schedule another appointment and they said they would give us a call back. No call received. We called again and was told the same thing. Called again and now the office won’t answer our calls. Be professional and let us know up front that he doesn’t want to take the case instead of playing cat and mouse with us.

I hired Simone for a custody battle - she is quick to answer emails and return calls - she charges one set price - NO HIDDEN FEES - she defends you as if you are her only living relative - incredible to watch her in court -very wise and fears no one - I was very impressed and greatly amused watching her in court - she gets her point across - she also did all the leg work - amazing representation !!

Simone Horne took our case in at the very LAST minute. She literally agreed to take us on a PFA case the DAY BEFORE COURT. She met us at the court house and went through all of our evidence with us 30 minutes before. She went into the courtroom and fought for us like she had known us forever. She shut down every lie the petitioner had to throw and she got the order dropped. We are so incredibly grateful for the effort she went through for us is such a short amount of time. If we EVER have to return to Alabama for court for any reason, she will be the first attorney we call.

I have had the best experience with this attorney. I did shop around and get references. So I knew going into it that Steven Adcock was rumored to be a great attorney. I can now state that he and his staff are excellent communicators.
I received an update via email everytime a motion was filed or an order made. If anything was hinky or worrisome, I got a phone call. When a hearing was set, I got a letter. His personality is so endearing and his knowledge of the so ordered and precise that I was able to stop worrying and being afraid of what might happen next, because he was doing his job so well. I can pay his fees, but I will never be able to repay him for the peace of mind he brought me during the worst period of my life.

My experience with Mr. Adcock was exceptional. He was compassionate and encouraging as he guided me through a process that lasted more than a year. Communication was always prompt and he thoroughly answered any questions I had. In addition, all of the staff that I encountered was very courteous and knowledgeable. Any expectations I had were exceeded and I was very well represented. Highly Recommend!

Ever heard the term walk away? Well, I wouldn’t walk but run as fast as possible away.

1. Very lazy
2. Doesn’t answer phone calls
3. Doesn’t return phone calls
4. Halfway answers questions
5. Very unprofessional
