I brought my laptop in as my mouse stopped working. They called and advised it was my touchpad that needed to be replaced to the tune of 200.00. Then they said just go to Walmart and get a wireless mouse which I did and all works fine. I really appreciated their candor and there was no charge for the diagnostic either. Highly recommend.

Very satisfied with this business. Friendly staff (Dorothy was great) and quick turnaround. My laptop "died", and they were able to recover most of my files (even though the Apple store pronounced it dead).

Do not even bother bringing your computer or laptop into the Cromwell AOS location for repair. The front desk lady (who reeks of cigarettes) will do all she can to NOT help you. She actually suggested that I go to Staples or Best Buy instead almost immediately.

All I requested is that before she took my laptop that I can speak with a technician. She complained about not being able to schedule me nor give me an estimate of when it would be looked at.

I run a local business right up the street, and expressed that it was an emergency. You would think local businesses would help each other out. Not the case...

I guess I'm off to give my money to the big corporate service companies (Staples) instead of supporting my local Cromwell business.
