No way. I got told on the phone by this useless girl and I quote. Can't you go somewhere else looking for a job. Wow. The company doesn't set very high standards. Loretta just laughed when I told her what she said. Horrible people and horrible place.

I must say, I was super nervous about trying to work through them after reading so many bad reviews. However, my experience differs greatly from most others it seems. I’ve been living in the area for almost 3 months now trying to find work. I was miserable, desperate, and hopeless. If no work was able to be found by the end of the week, I was going to be forced to move back where I came from. A.I.D. stopped that from becoming my reality. I applied yesterday, was offered a job the same day. Had the interview, took a drug screen, and completed orientation today. Starting my shift in the morning. Now I obviously I can’t say how my payday went just yet, but I am extremely optimistic. Talking with the woman at the front desk during my last visit, I now understand why people had such negative things to say. Without giving too much info as to the context of our conversation, let it suffice to say that other’s “bad” experiences were of no fault of the company’s, but the fault of the sort of people that applied. So if you’re needing a good job, have a professional demeanor, and respect yourself and those around you. I highly recommend this company to assist you on your journey to provide for yourself and your family. Once payday comes, I will share with you all my experience in that aspect, but again. I am highly confident and optimistic that it will work out just fine. My Son and I thank you A.I.D. from the bottom of our hearts. ?

Will not pay you for weeks on end making you travel multiple times to help fix a problem they caused. Discriminate against employees with zero work issues again because of their failure to follow state and federal employment/pay laws. You'd be better off with no job opposed to working for this worthless company that needs to be investigated and shut down

This is worse place I have ever worked for
They shorted my check time after time and I had to wait a extra week for them to make it up. They lied to me about my pay and and said I was gonna get a raise and didnt. I wouldn't suggest this place to my worse enemy. They held money out of my first check that wasn't agreed on. If you are looking to make money I would highly recommend you to go to any and every other place possible.. For real this place is a sorry joke. Sincerely Kevin benton

Do not work for these Liars, they said they mailed my w-2s,I'm still waiting, so l called them and they said I had to give them 5 dollars to send one to me ,my lawyer says that is against the law so here we go, lawsuit time

Loretta and her group of ladies were all very friendly and helpful with my job search and found me the perfect fit at Randolph County Abstract Office, i work with a great group of ladies and just feel right at home there, loving my new job, I want to say thank you to the AID group here in Pocahontas Arkansas. I drove all the way from Jonesboro because I was told that they had immediate positions for housekeeping, after doing my application I was told to check in once every week... Here it is a week later and they've never even processed mu application!! Don't waste your time with these people trust me.
