I cannot speak for the entire office, but one going by the name of "Penny" is very rude and unprofessional. As it was unclear what exactly I was supposed to submit with my application, being I was given poor or contrary instructions; I am quite certain a brief summary of my case should be included with my application. I had uploaded that file to penny and later found it broken, so I sent it again alongside an apology for the error. Her response was incredibly rude and further she provided no detail if this file was received; but instead told me "to stop sending emails." This was an essential component to my initial application which she either completely ignored, and could effect my acceptance; or she simply could not be courteous enough to say that the file was received and working on our end. Even still, I contacted the office already exasperated from a complex matter; the last thing I need is her poor attitude and lack of effort. Thanks so much, Penny. You are a delight.
