Albert (Bert) V. Evans is a highly respected attorney with years of experience. He is extremely knowledgeable, considerate and his perseverance will efficiently and effectively accomplish the task at hand. During my consultation regarding an inheritance I knew he was the one after only a couple of minutes into our conversation. Bert has what author (Donald Clifton) refers to as “Command Strength” and will take charge, speak up and make sure others are heard. With this strength he is straightforward, honest and ambitious. He was exactly what I was looking for. He clearly explained the process from start to finish and was a great asset to me. Bert will continue to be my go-to for any attorney needs. I have used Mr Evans for three different issues. He was especially helpful guiding me through the sale of a rental property. He was very straight forward with what I could, and could not expect, in dealing with a poorly written contract that was done without expert input. I wish I had used him from the beginning. A mistake on my part, that I will not make again.

Called for a consultation and he came off rude, condescending, and unhelpful and or willing to help. Good luck to anybody who uses him! This older lawyers act as if they are untouchable and can treat people like dirt.
