If you're looking for a family law attorney you can trust, you've found them! Eva Martelle and her team handled my dissolution beautifully. Super responsive, always willing to jump on a quick call when needed - despite her busy schedule. I have just enough legal knowledge to get myself into trouble, and having an experienced attorney (who is well respected amongst her peers and SCC judges) to guide me was a huge relief. Not once did I feel like my (billable) time was being wasted or spent unnecessarily. Eva wrapped my case up on time, to my satisfaction, and was actually very reasonably priced (and more pleasant to work with) compared to other attorneys I spoke to. Every single penny was money well spent.

I highly recommend Eva Martelle. I first used Eva Martelle in 2009 in a custody battle with my kids mom. Eva helped me get 50/50 custody.
This time around Eva and her team helped me with a custody battle with my kids grandparents. I knew from the start that I needed to go with Eva Martelle because of past results. I felt like Eva was extremely knowledgeable with past cases that were similar to mine and was able to use that knowledge to help me in my case. I met Eva at her office 2 year ago. She is knowledgeable, experienced, and care with a good heart. She recommended the best way which fit to my case, instead of an aggressive way which will be costed expensively.
Eva take actions in timely matter. My ex filed emergency motion to fight with me for child custody. I was extremely stressful. Eva quickly prepared the document in one day without I ask her to do so, and fight back with right key points for the best interest to minor child. The Court denied my ex requests immediately. We won child custody and child support in timely matter. she usually is a gentle person, but she can fight when she needs to fight for her client.
She is the best in the court. Eva is start, she has very good memory and very organized. she remembers everything of my case. Before the hearing, she negotiates settlement as much as she can. When she stands in the hearing, she responded sharply and quickly. I admire her with clear think and rich experience completely.
Eva help me in my difficult situation. My ex filed divorce when I was disabled. I don’t have enough money to pay for living, and child medical and educational expenses when ex didn’t give me the supports. Unfortunately, I suddenly lost almost all the money in investment accounts. I struggle with my health and my financial issues. When Eva knew my situations, she kindly gave me discount and be fixable on my payments. I really appreciated that. I have to be self-present for a time period due to financial reason. when I need her help in a critical issue or court meetings, she jumped into my case and helped me. I really appreciate that.

To describe the team for my brother's divorce case in keywords: understanding, flexible, responsive, honest, successful, caring, responsible, good at following up.

Worked with Heather Allan and Jessica Colling with my brother's divorce (no children). His wife was the petitioner. Was a bit of a challenge to find a firm that would work with my brother due to his mental illness.

The consultation with Heather Allan was thorough, fulfilling and not rushed. They had great bedside manners and were quick to followup on our phone calls and messages.

After narrowing down the best divorce lawyer from our top 5 choices I chose Allan & Martelle based on reviews and experience. I wanted my brother to work with a reputable and honest law firm even though he falls very low on income and the divorce was rough on his finances. Ms. Allan's price was not within his budget, but we worked with Jessica Colling for the most part.
