Bait and switch! I filled out and submitted a form for a free consultation on my wife and I's immigration case and then two weeks later they emailed me saying there was no free consultation and that it would cost $400.00 to talk to an attorney for any sort of evaluation/consultation. Not only is this rate upwards of double or even higher that of most attorneys in the field, it clearly states on their website that they offer free consultations and they don't. False advertisement!

While I lived overseas, I met my wife and we eventually decided to permanently move back to the US. Allan Lolly & Associates successfully helped us gain permanent residency for my wife. The fees are VERY reasonable compared to other law firms providing similar services. They are also very professional and very good with communication. They make sure you know what is going on at all times, and they do a very good job at preparing you for every step of paperwork, government interaction, and of course the final interview. We did not have to resubmit paperwork at any step of the process, and we were able to gain a CR1 visa in about 10 months when the average was running 12 - 14 months. A big personal thanks to TAYLOR for helping us so much and making us feel confident during a time of such uncertainty!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

This review is long overdue. The immigration journey started about five years ago after I married my foreign-born spouse who had been residing in the U.S. for several years by then. It still surprises how a simple Google search resulted in my wife getting a green card. So hopefully, this Google post will reach many couples similarly situated to help in their immigration journey with the aid of a compassionate, caring, and competent attorney like Allan. I still remember my first call to Allan's office when I spoke with Jenny who said that Allan's goal is to keep families together. Our case was complicated to say the least and even more so during the time of a notorious administration, which is when we had filed the I-130, I-131, I-765, and I-485 with the help of Allan and his kind and hard-working staff, Taylor, Yareth, Karina, and others. Even though the journey was like an emotional roller coaster ride, it was comforting to know that my wife and I had a knowledgeable, skilled, and able attorney and staff to guide us in this immigration labyrinth and what sometimes felt like we were in a black hole in the many months and years of waiting for some sort of response from the USCIS.
