The representative SANDY was so so rude. The way she spoke to me was absolutely ridiculous. I called back to speak with her manager and was told “she is the manager” how can someone so rude be in charge. She spoke over me and cut me off when I was talking. After multiple times trying to call and resolve my issue without an answer she wants to tell me I need to call when I have a change. Lady I just told u I called and emailed multiple times. Maybe if she stop cutting me off she will hear the situation. She is Absolutely RUDE AND SNOTTY!!! Horrible horrible customer service. I bet the company don’t even care about bad reviews because they are all unprofessional. TAKE A TRAINING ON HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE! Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!

If your medical bills get sent here good luck. Left a detailed message with contact information email, phone .to get it sorted out When I got a call back days later the representative sounded like she was under water and hung up after me saying hello multiple times and didn’t answer a call back afterwards.

They sent me a bill for $417 which I paid immediately and two months later it’s still showing up on my credit report. They take your money but they don’t report that they took your payment. Shady company.

I have you reflecting an outstanding balance on my report. Have not received any letters or phone calls, only found out when accessed my credit report. Called your office a few times and have not heard back . How do I get rid of it the collections on me

During Covid in 2020 my hospital bill was transferred to this collections agency due to the billing department being backed up. I had a wonderful experience with Nicole Smith. She was kind, understanding and committed to staying on top of my account. My bill was quickly returned back to the hospital billing department to avoid my credit score being affected. Thank you again Nicole for all of your compassionate efforts.

I didn't know at first that Griffin Hospital had hired such incompetent people to handle account payments. I was paying a copay for my husband's visit to the ER. This people totally screwed up my payment. I had originally called on May and paid my balance and spoke to this dreadful woman with a bad attitude. I just got it over with and paid, life goes on. A month later low and behold they are billing me AGAIN! After many calls spoke to this other girl that basically treated me like a liar. She gave me some excuses as to why the payment didn't go through and well told me to call the next day and pay. This time I paid online because at least I don't have to ever interact with them again. And if they bill me again for the same bill, I WILL contact the The FTC and the CFPB.

This company and the tactics they use to try and intimidate you are truly pathetic. I owe nothing to them, nor have I ever had a debt with them, and they continue to harass me with unsolicited phone calls from several numbers, for a non-existent hospital bill from Mary Washington Hospital in Fredericksburg, VA that was paid by my insurance carrier. The balance has been paid on a monthly payment to the hospital. The Emergency care(?) I received from this so-called Hospital was beyond horrendous. Just a case in point, the person Jose Valdez who gave it a 5 star rating....he is actually the President of the American Adjustment Bureau, Inc. Pathetic. They don't even deserve a star, but it is the only way I can post

I spoke to Jim today to pay one bill in full for today's date and pay one bill in full on Friday 10/4. I signed into my bank account and both posted for today's date. He was friendly but I was annoyed that $780 got taken out of my account against my request. Luckily, i was able to move funds around to cover it, but it would've been a headache with my bank if I wasn't able to do so.
