No one enjoys paperwork- but American Eagle made it quick and painless. Everything was explained clearly and concisely, the office was very comfortable, and the staff exceptionally friendly. I absolutely recommend!

I would be careful closing here. These people are very incompetent. Problem one: I had to deal with about five different people and I had to tell them what needed to be done. They couldn’t get the pay off because none of these ladies talk to each other. I would get emails and phone calls all day asking me to call my bank for a pay off, when they just needed to talk to Holly and upload the pay off onto the banks portal. Problem two: they didn’t know what day I was supposed to close. Problem three: I signed all documents under my maiden name as my drivers license was still not changed and told the paper work needed to match my license. I had to deal with about five different people during my closing process as a seller. Meredith said my wire transfer would be done on Monday, we closed on a Thursday evening. She also said she would call me. I never received a call from her on Monday and had to reach out to them. She told me the deposit wouldn’t happen until Tuesday. I was irritated with the change of stories. I finally get a second call at 3:30 on Monday. Meredith tells me she sent me a confirmation email, which I never got because she mistyped my email. Again, all the paper work had my maiden name. For some reason Meredith sent my wire transfer in a different last name and the title company wanted to blame me. These women do not talk to each other and can’t read documents. I get that mistakes can be made, but these were too many. COMMUNICATION is key to running a business. These ladies need a class on that. Only use this company if you want a headache! I’ll be filing a claim with the State Board.

Christi and Meredith are the best in the business and everyone in this office is super polite, professional, helpful, and friendly. Highly recommend 👌 (And their snacks are amazing.)
