I have been praying and waiting to exhale when it came to my owed back taxes. We'll I feel awesome and have exhaled several times since I have spoken to Melissa. Do not waste your money with this company. They are full of it. They tell me at the beginning i would only have to pay 3336.00 out of 11000 debt. Now after a whole year that i only heve 2 more payments to go Neaommy Cullers tells me that what i paid was just for there fees and i still have a 15000 debt with them and want to put me on 72 month payment plan. I am going to pursue a lawyer and get my money back from them since they did nothing for me but lied.

Let me be honest in my assessment. In 2021, I contacted a representative with America's Choice Tax. At the time, I had agreed to a monthly $654.00 payment plan with the IRS. I wanted some relief, and America's Choice stated they worked directly with the IRS. It is 2024, and I was recently told that the outcome of my case was that several years had fallen off (Something that would have happened even if I hadn't contracted with America's Choice Tax). However, I needed to start a monthly payment plan of over $900 for several years. WAIT, WHAT?!?!?! I have paid America's Choice Tax close to $7,000.00 to have them tell me I still needed to pay nearly the same amount to the IRS that was initially said to me by the IRS.
DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT contract with this company. You are much better off contacting someone with the IRS and having a tax attorney help you. If you want to keep your money, please, I implore you, DO NOT spend your money with America's Choice Tax.
