Amy Symons has a combination of three qualities I admire. First, she is highly competent to the point she makes her craft look easy. Two, she is a realist when it comes to people and processes. And three, she is an optimist. It's not hard to find attorneys with two of those characteristics but finding all three in the same person is special. While maintaining her fiduciary focus, she finds creative ways to leave other parties feeling like they were treated respectfully and fairly. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Amy and her great team, nor would I hesitate to recommend clients to her.

Amy did an amazing job in analyzing and revising a complex series of legal documents including trusts, wills, living wills and pre-martial agreements. She was able to make suggestions and improvements to all documents that effectively took into account many different future scenarios. Worked through an estate and administrative trust with Amy Symons and Danielle Bartell. There were some nuanced issues that required obtaining charitable beneficiaries' agreements to allow for what was believed to be the decedent's intent to assist some family members with college. Amy does a great job with the work that she does however, she is over priced and will charge you for any conversation, email and general pieces of advice. I was seeking general information and I am sitting here with a $1400 bill. I didn't even retain her services. My sister called her regarding a past issue and I received a bill for over $500. She sent me documents that I already had and I have an updated invoice for $1400. If you are middle class, she is not the attorney for you. If you have a lot of money to throw away, she's your person.
