In January 2024 I hired a law firm to represent me in my child custody case. Around August 2024, my lawyer contacted me to let me know that opposing council would be moving over to their law firm. My trial was set for October 2024, and two days prior to trial, my lawyer was disqualified as my representation because the law firm had hired opposing council, and this was a violation of the lawyer code of conduct. I had to find and retain a new lawyer, and my trial date was vacated. Obviously this was very distressing emotionally, after already waiting for 10 months to go to trial, and spending a lot of money and time.

The attorney I hired to represent me following this situation was Andrew Green Law. Andrew has gone above and beyond as my representation. He is supportive, attentive, professional, a great advocate and listener. Andrew has a way of making you feel calm, when nothing feels calm, and was able to make a difficult situation easier for me to navigate. I was distraught after my trial was canceled, and Andrew swept in, took over, and has worked hard on my case to help remediate the situation. Dishonest and unprofessional. Right upfront lied about his family law experience. Mr. Green couldn't have cared less about the case or protecting my assets. Mr. Green made many misleading statements about angles we could argue in my case with little regard for the actual law. Everything was very last minute; every filing that needed my signature would be emailed to me after 6pm the day it was due to the court. Work product was sloppy at best often with mistakes that needed to be corrected. Their recommended mediator was a waste of time and money. Ultimately Mr. Green knew some documents were requested by the court for a week and failed to inform me until the day they were due, I was out of town that day and unable to provide any documents. This resulted in a missed deadline that opposing counsel tried to use against me. I was able to negotiate a very fair divorce without Mr. Green or any other attorney. Proving Mr. Green did nothing but waste my time and a significant amount of my money. I would not recommend Mr. Green for any case.

Response to your response: While I wasn't a client of this firm, Mr. Green was my attorney and everything I've said is true. Mr. Green bailed after I called him out for failing to meet a deadline. His performance was subpar and I wouldn't recommend hiring him. Transparency and respectful communication is laughable after having worked with Mr. Green. His previous firm reports that he bailed on multiple clients because he was too busy trying to set up his own firm.
