Andrew Bertrand is a miracle worker. I first met Andrew just over 20 years ago when I faced a felony case during which he got me an incredible plea bargain to a deferred sentence.
In 2024, I was charged with two F1s, a F3 and a F6 which could have been decades in prison. Andrew got me an amazing plea for my charges that carried No Jail time and 3 years probation. I had alot of fear and anxiety about spending time incarcerated. Andrew was very supportive, sympathetic, compassionate and caring throughout the entire process. Sadly he helped me through sentencing, after that no help! I paid for his service and advice, and now I’m done with half my probation! I’m told another $500 bucks to assist me in paperwork filing!! Unfortunately I’m a broke old man and simply want off probation!!!! I believe we offenders should save our $ and defend ourselves!!!At least with dui!! Wasted $! I still did jail, huge court fines, classes, community service etc!! And a 1 year deffered sentence!!No accident, didn’t even leave the parking lot, all not looked into or brought up in court! I simply could have plead with no lawyer and got the same sentence !!!! I didn’t voice my displeasure as I thought he would help me get off early! Nope!!! Not for more $! I'll call the courts!
