Great attorney and nice guy. He’ll fight for his clients. I strongly recommend.

I own a home and a few local rental properties, so I’ve used attorney White for a total of five closings. Some of the closings were difficult, but Attorney White always pulled through. I recently purchased a foreclosure via a 1031 Exchange. The closing attorney wasn’t always responsive and a 1031 Exchange involves a lot of paperwork and legal technicalities, so I was expecting the closing to fall through. Somehow, attorney White managed to close on time. In another instance, a resident of a condo kept using my carport. Attorney White followed up with a more extensive title review then informed the management company that I legally owned the carport. I offered to pay for his follow up efforts concerning the carport, but attorney White said that he considered the service as part of the initial title search. These are just a couple of many examples of the exemplary legal services he has provided me. I plan to continue to use attorney White on any future closing or real estate matters.

The team there is very rude and have absolutely no people skills. I've had to call numerous times for the same information. Very unprofessional.
