We have been customers of Virsage Solutions for over 10 years and have always been pleased with the service they provide. Their support technicians are quick to respond, always professional, and work quickly to resolve any issues we may have. Unbelievably poor service.
We called to discuss transferring our email accounts from their antiquated, security-burdened system (seriously, it takes 72 hours to add a new employee) to another service.
Rather than offering other services, solutions, or alternative to the very slow system they offer, the customer service team grew combative, obnoxious, and even somewhat insulting.

The attitude alone, confirmed our decision to leave Virsage after this exploratory, data-seeking call.
