Got my taxes done here. Last year. Never received them. Had to sign over power of attorney to then for further investigation. Never got a call back or even received my taxes and it's says they sent it. Wouldn't recommend. I've Called multiple times and no response.

Filed Taxes here for years, ran into an issue where education credits were entered incorrectly in 2018. Attempted to work with APT several times with no response or help IRS keeps garnishing tax returns to date no help with APT wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. Now I have to figure it out on our own.
