I did my firearm range qualification with Harry today. I was very happy with his instruction. My previous range qualification was done elsewhere and was very unsatisfactory so I looked for a new instructor. I'm so happy I came here! Harry was calm, kind and very professional and organized. I highly recommend his services. I'll be back for my next qualification for sure.

Went down in person, no one in the office, called the number on the office window, I was then instructed by the voicemail to text a number different from the number i called initially. I just wanted to get my firarm permit. I got referred to this place, their course calendar online does not show course dates.... very ineffecient place, and i haven't even spoken to anyone...

This place is 100% a scam and overpriced when I called to inquire prices the” Wife “ Picked up the phone and said hey I’m at work 🤔 thinking I have already called her “ work “ she says send me your email So I can send you our information the email took over three hours For her to send Oh, and before the email was sent, she explained it might take a while for her husband to send me an additional email to speak to me about the guard card classes because he also was at “ work “ thinking once again, this is their work. I get the prices finally from her husband, and they are very overpriced and dose not come with sending out the proper paperwork or fingerprints.. I’mma save you guys some money and time Asap Security cheaper and they do everything you need in one building plus a great! Team . ARC is very unprofessional and they put their “ Work “ before a ARC angel defense.

I made many calls to different CCW instructors to compare where I should get my initial training. After speaking with Sonia and Harris (instructor), I immediately knew Arc Angel Defense was where I was going to get my training. All the others were indifferent and acted almost as if I was bothering them. Harris has really gone above and beyond in not only the course and training but also guiding me through the whole process. He is approachable, experienced and extremely knowledgeable. His passion for what he does really shows and he also offers a great competitive price! I spent a month planning to come to this business to obtain my baton permit at $175. I scheduled the day off from work today January 28, 2023 without pay at 8:00 am. I spoke to the male and female of this business and they advised me to just come to the class. Right now I am here and the door is locked. So I called and spoke with the female, who got her husband on the phone with us and he said that he did not get an email confirmation. I advised him that I was not informed of no email confirmation. I was advised to just come to the class in which he asked me, " Who told you that?" and I said, "You did!" The female confirmed to him this is what was told of me while we were all on the phone. The man said, "Without the email confirmation , he was sorry." I could not enter to take the class to obtain my baton permit with my security position. So I lost a days worth of overtime pay of 8 hours at $27 an hour from my job, was unable to attend the class to obtain my baton permit and now I get to finish my day very upset at the Arc Angel Defense business. I will NEVER call them again!!!

If you’re looking for a thorough basic pistol class then you’ve found the right place. Harry was phenomenal in teaching us the ins and outs of basic handgun instruction. We had in class teaching and afterwards, we went to the range to use what we learned. I came in with no knowledge of firearms but after our in class instruction, I felt confident to start shooting. I’m so glad I took the class because it prepared me for things I would’ve never known about handling a firearm, the laws, how to clean a firearm and also the basic stances to fire a gun. Harry has many years of experience of operating firearms as well as teaching. His classes are affordable and teaches group classes as well as personal one on one training. Can’t wait to gain some experience with my handgun and move on to his shotgun course. After your training, he also provides you with a certificate.

Attended a basic pistol class with Arc Angel Defense. Extremely pleasant experience. I am a super newbie and was looking to learning more about gun safety and how to properly handle a pistol.

Harry is a great instructor. He's patient, respectful, and very professional. He took the time to answer all of my questions, regardless of how remedial the questions were.
