The best decision of my life was to walk through the doors of the Arce Law Group. There is so much to say and not enough time or characters to fully describe my satisfaction, but overall it was a life changing experience. Christine, Bryan, and Cayetana treated me like I was family. They were open, honest, impathetic, and extremely supportive. Truly a dream team. They were sweet and authentically caring to the point that I never felt alone. Their attention to detail was on point throughout the entire process, and I got the results that I was hoping for. The Arce group did their job and after three years of my fighting a very broken education system, they got me the settlements deserved. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because the communication was an issue. The attorney that handled my case (I'm not naming them bc this isn't meant to attack, it's a means for improvement) had a habit of not calling at the set times stated, took days upon days to email back to the point I had to contact Mr. Arce for assistance. This is extremely frustrating when someone is getting g 40% of thee coat of my suffering. I don't need an attorney in stand by, but clear communication. If you are unable to make it, text me and let me know. Just because I am not an attorney does not make my time any mess valuable than yours. I think this is an issue across the board with lawyers because I dealt with it several times. Here at Arce though, Mr. Arce always handled it on the three or four occasions it was a problem and got right back to me. I felt like he (and the attorney) kept trying to place the blame on me instead of taking accountability, or tried to pacify me with a preset script so I would go away with my complaint. That is just my experience. Even after my case was settled, said and done, I reached out to my former attorney to give him a referral, EVEN AFTER ALL OF THAT!!!! He never returned my text or even acknowledged it and he got back to my fiend with "someone will contact you this week" and it's been three weeks. Some things just don't change but they ARE excellent at what they do, you just have to be ok with bouncy communication. That's just not how I operate!
