I would like to take this time to say to Archuleta Law Firm, thank you for your support, professionalism, and empathy on the loss of my Husband Charles Ragland. I called you to help me and I was very distraught but with your guidance and sympathy of my loss you held my hand all the way through. I know that money will not bring back my Loved one but to me it is saying to the VA in Atlanta you need to be more mindful of the Soldiers you encounter and treat them accordingly not dismissing them. I do recommend the archuletta law firm. They have alot of expertise in navigating through the va. I called 6 other law firms they didnt want the case. I lstt hope Archuleta law firm decided to take the case and. I new I had a case I just had the to get the right law firm. They have years of experience with the va and the government. After reading their response, I'm adding this detail in.
Archuleta never hired a medical expert to write a report for my case.
So it didn't have the expert backing it needed.
Also once your case gets denied they will not take the next step as they do not sue the government they only try to settle. That seems like pertinent information.

Not only did they only spend moments on the phone with me over the past 2.5 years. When I found out my claim was denied I was notified by a letter in the mail. It's impersonal with this law firm they didn't even offer a phone call. There is no personal connection here. I live with horrible chronic pain and a paralyzed lower leg and I did not feel properly represented. In fact it felt like they just took an easy way out. I was passed from one person to the next and none of the people I spoke was an actual lawyer.

If you want impersonal attention this is the place. In my medical records it even says they admit fault. My case was not taken seriously. I'm heartbroken that not only did the government not take care of me during my surgery at the Minneapolis VA, but the law firm I selected didn't either.

I'd look elsewhere for representation!

If they say I was never their client id be very happy to send a document proving otherwise. If they say that ... I'd REALLY look elsewhere.

If you're looking for an attorney you can trust, who will fight to get you the best possible outcome then there is no need to look any further. First let me say, I contacted many malpractice attorney's regarding my suit and no one wanted to sue the "government", one attorney was actually offended that I wanted to.
