Wish I could give it a negative place is a joke. Said my case was closed out due to information they never asked for and no one told me about. Then says I have to reapply and wait for a phone interview instead of just doing it all right there. And the lady was rude from jump

Update: went to showlow des and they ended up helping me instead of just telling me to reapply. If you have to go to des for whatever I would highly suggest avoiding Winslow office and go to showlow if possible.

Clean place, with this virus the maintenance guy was on his toes and on point, sparying everything and everytime someone touch something. The unemployment lady Carlo was super helpful and went outta her way too help. Made it stress free and made everything understandable,Great work skills. So thumbs ? up Carlo, keep up the great work.

Employees walk around with no sense of urgency. BS with each other constanly while people who can barely walk are forced to stand in line 30 minutes while the next in line is at the counter, again standing, filling out paperwork. Of course the check-in clerk is in a chair. Junk food machines in lobby. Wonder why all the poor "local types" are fat and diabetic

They now have vending machines, this is great especially if you're stuck waiting all day to be seen. Services are still slow and waiting all day is not unheard of...so pack reading materials and the chairs are very uncomfortable.
