When I decided I wanted to look into getting a trust a few years ago, I had no idea where to start. The idea of starting a trust is daunting, so when I met Ashley, she was a breath of fresh air. The process started with a 15 minute consultation where I spoke with her about why I wanted to start a trust, what it meant for me, and what I was trying to accomplish. From there Ashley sent me a questionnaire (Or Homework) that helped identify my assets, accounts, and people that I wanted to be part of my trust. After I completed my packet, Ashley and I set up a meeting to go over what I had written and we talked about the best course of action for my trust, as there is no one size fits all. Our next meeting was when we were signing the trust documents at my house. She brought my dogs dog treats and also brought me a signing gift, which was personalized to me! The last part of the process is when I received my binder with all of my documents and we did a zoom meeting to review.

I started my journey with Ashley in October 2022 with my initial consultation phone call, and as of March 2023, I now have a fully executed trust. Ashley really listens to what you need and makes an intimidating process very approachable! I highly recommend her for all of your estate planning needs!

I was long overdue for making a will and wanted to create a trust to help manage assets for my beneficiaries (I didn't want my passing to create the turmoil and anguish I'd seen from others whose parents hadn't made any plans). The result is thorough and so much better than I could have imagined.

Ashley's process is well-organized, but more than that, it's thoughtful and compassionate. She explained how wills and trusts work and how to fully employ them to help your loved ones and charities to get the most benefit from your assets. And she provided invaluable feedback for a number of aspects (health directive concepts and addressing things I'd not considered, contingencies, etc.).

Ashley brings far more to this process than just the legal side of things. As we went through the process, gathering all of the necessary information, she asked insightful questions I never would have thought of that resulted a meaningful and complete plan.

Her team is professional, efficient and supportive - Deja and Jessica helped with numerous questions, complex information gathering and getting complicated financial things done.

Now that my trust is complete, I feel like a huge weight has been lifted. From this point onwards, I'll just have to make minor adjustments - Ashley provides a periodic trust check-in to update anything that is out of date, etc., which is all part of the package.
