I March 2022, I walked in with my wife and all our paperwork. Diana was late in seeing us because her last appointment ran long. I was annoyed, but once we got in her office and she started looking through our papers and working at her computer I asked when we would expect our return to be completed. To my surprise she said, "In about 30 minutes." I was like, "What? You're kidding!" Diana did our taxes in a fraction of the time and at a fraction of the cost of the last 3 accountants we've used! We will be returning in 2023.

Person preparing our taxes was 30 minutes late and stated "That's what you get for waiting until the last minute!" I'm guessing referring to the deadline a week away My wife and I walked out flabbergasted. She was late lol. The lack of professionalism was astounding. If you have a large estate like ours steer clear you can't trust clowns with your money.

DO NOT USE THIS TAX FIRM!!! Diana is the worst tax accountant she has screwed up my taxss 2 times already and have ended up owing money because of her errors! You can never get a hold of her to figure out what is going on she will not respond to you and she will promise you she is going g to take care of the issue and get back to you and never does! Meanwhile the IRS is sending you notification s that your taxes are wrong and you owe money. Do not use her at all! Not to mention her staff can't assist you at all because she is the only accountant and all they will tell you is sorry I can take message which goes into a black hole! I will be reporting my experience to the BBB as well. Taxes are stressful enough and to deal with an accountant who has no concern for your tax concern s just adds to the stress level. There are many other accountants out there that are worth going to and care.
