We have visited this store multiple times to get assistance with releasing a phone number to be added to another AT&T account and the employees tried their best to help us however the manager had absolutely no interest in helping. On Friday 04/18/2025 we went to this store again to have a TOBR added to the account the number was leaving. We dealt with the manager of this store who stated he took care of everything for us that we just needed to then go to a corporate store to move the number. Once we got to the corporate store this past Saturday, we were informed there is a note on the account however it was not even added correctly (it was added as a general note on the account, not added to any phone number) and there was no authorization code added either to allow the number to move. We wasted so much time at this store to find out the assistance we received didn't even do anything useful. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking to work with AT&T.

No stars..totally disgusted with the service I received. Looking into other service alternatives. No one who just paid $ 1000 on a phone should be pushed aside and told they don't know how to help you, and send you to another store 1/2 hour away only to be told they can't help you. I have been an ATT customer since the beginning of cell phones and I hope I won't be anymore very soon!

They were very patient with our situation and helped my family get the new phone lines and replacement phones we needed. If they weren't sure of something, they would ask to verify so things didn't get messed up, instead of acting like they knew everything. I appreciate that.

We went for new phones. The manager ripped us off with older phones, upgraded direct tv , and internet that is not available in my area. When they set the internet up, they used a different address and phone number! Highly deceptive sales practices! ATT corporate is aware…..

Was recently told by this store that adding lines to the account would lower the bill, bill arrived and it was $100 higher. Corporate fixed the issue

I went in to pick up my new phone yesterday. What should have been an easy transfer ended up being a difficult ordeal with several calls to tech support. Three hours later I left with my new phone and no issues. Isaac was a rockstar through the whole process. He was there by himself so while he was helping me with my issues he was also dealing with other customers coming through with their own questions, concerns or purchases. He never once seemed to get upset or frustrated. He never seemed like he would rather be closing up for the night rather than dealing with customers even though we were there past closing. Being in the customer service industry myself I know how hard it is to find a truly dedicated employee like Isaac. I hope that this is known and appreciated by his superior.
