Heather and Deja absolutely exceeded my expectation! I ordered custom portfolios for a group of trustees, embossed with their individual business logos and initials. I knew my request for custom design was a big ask and not a whole lot of time to turn it around. These ladies made it happen and were happy to do so. Communication was great throughout. Cost was very reasonable. The portfolios were high quality and the designs transferred beautifully. The best part was seeing the faces of each person as they received their personalized gift. I work at another engraving place nearby and a customer lost a plate for it that he got here like 15 years ago. My visit here was very quick thanks to her was able to get the plate and out with in 5 minutes. Also engraving is pretty cheap compared to other places
