Let’s just put it this way, I had a tenant from hell who had an injury attorney lawyer (an ambulance chaser) to reel in as much money as possible, after abusing the system. I hired Abid to resolve the case and he did that with two simple phone calls. I appreciated his time and being able to understand the situation from a landlords perspective.
