Very rude and unprofessional. I don't know why UPS keep delivering my package there, especially when I am home. Miserable people should not work in customer service. Update: Since I last wrote my review, I noticed a change in how the staff deals with customers. My experience has been pleasant the last few times that I have been.

WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS! Very tacky establishment. The owner opens and closes as she likes. Never a set schedule time. I wish they would stop sending packages here as an access point. She always claims your package isn’t there. I’ve had many delivered there and multiple times they mysteriously gone missing. But UPS says differently. She always has an attitude, lacks customer service skills. This place needs to just be shut down already or bring in new management who isn’t out just to make money or see what they can get. Clearly someone in there is a thief.

Last time I was there they had an attitude and quick to tell you your package is not there. Very unorganized don't know where suff is very bad costumer service. Need to take a step back if they don't like dealing with people.

These people are so unprofessional it’s sickening. I don’t know why UPS drops packages there. First of all the people who works there NEVER knows anything. Multiple times I’ve called and the person that gives the packages are not there then they tell you come and bring your ID only for you to waste time going there and they tell you it’s not there because you just received the paper or what ever other nonsense they tell you. All they do is sit around and talk but never actually WORK. It’s terrible.

I went there twice for my package it was closed. I finally manage to get there while it's open and my package is missing. I'm showing her it was delivered there and asking who is Beverly she can't answer me and tell me my package isn't in the system and it's not there. THIS PLACE SHOULDN'T BE OPEN N I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY UPS IS DELIVERING HERE...

If i can give this place 0 starts I would. This place is never open. Like NEVER.. THE HOURS ON THE WEBSITE SAID CLOSES AT 4.I GOT THERE AT 3.25 and it's close. I came everyday from Thursday to Saturday and they are close. I wish I can block ups from sending my packages there.

I showed up and my package was not there they said it must have been still on the truck . I called and noone answered the phone. I will try the post office tomorrow when I get off from work.

These people are very unprofessional and nasty i sent someone to get my package are holding my package hostage, idk why ups sent my package there. Idk why they even are in business
