Mr Bagby helped show me that I can like a lawyer! He showed compassion for my pain. His communication throughout the process was impeccable. He always let me know all my options and what could happen whether we ended up in court or not. Despite his contract and fee rate he would not take more than I would end up with because he doesn’t think it’s right. So he’s got good morals. In the end he surprised me by getting a couple more thousand through going back to bat for me one more time.
