Matthew and the paralegal both asked a lot of questions and were the ONLY ones- out of a half dozen consults- who took notes, and they took copious ones.
I did not follow their advice to file for conservatorship because it would have cost $5k and I knew how much it would upset the sibling draining my parents' accounts, from whom I was seeking protection. The note-taking aspect proved to be important later when my sibling filed for conservatorship himself. This firm had, unfortunately, lost interest, so I had to hire someone less competent.

High retainer fees for nothing. These people tell you they have everything they need from you but when you call WEEKS later to see why nothing has been done, they say they need more paperwork. They did this twice, which leads me to believe they do not know what they're doing.
