Samantha is amazing! If you’re looking for someone to fight in your corner look no further! Samantha kept me updated, any little trouble I ran into or questions I had, she was there no matter the time. She was very accommodating to my financial situation. She worked hard to get my son back to me and I am forever grateful for her! She was highly recommended by a private investigator and they were not mistaken. While we were in court she did beautifully, she is very aggressive and one not to be messed with. Thank you Sam! I cannot begin to express my gratitude for meeting Sam and having her represent me. I was told of this firm by a personal friend who reached out when I became a first-time mom saying how she had the perfect attorney to represent me with not only financial support but also emotional. I am recently a young single mom who is going through legal custody of my son. This woman is a Godsend. She is fierce and explains everything upfront, fights hard on your behalf, and does so with grace and integrity. The countless questions I had along with phone calls and emails to Sam but also Tabitha her legal assistant and Shauna her office manager were always greeted with understanding, acknowledgment, and warmth. Ashley Butler did an outstanding job for me! Her office was referred to me by a friend who described them as “super lawyers”! My case appeared to be a custody case(that made no sense) but later revealed itself as a complicated child abuse situation! I have hired Tess Dunn — associate attorney — at this law practice and she is truly a breath of fresh air. I’m going through a very high-conflict and complex divorce with a child, property and businesses. I have had mixed experiences with my previous attorney, and felt that we were merely being reactive, and that the majority of our interactions with the opposing party were contentious.
She is collaborative, professional, creative, and most importantly ‘proactive’. Despite having such short notice on my hearing, she’s pulling together a comprehensive, long-term plan, and doing an excellent job of keeping me focused, calm, and on track for the bigger picture items to come.
Don’t hesitate because she’s an associate — work with her now, while she’s a rising star! Additionally, I must give additional credit to her legal assistant, Lisa Rodriguez, who is highly experienced and professional. She’ll ask the right questions to help organize your case, and save you money and time.
