First off. Barbara seems like a very nice lady and very professional. The bad part is her office staff. “Kris”. Is the rudest and most unprofessional individual I have ever encountered. She talks down to people, cuts them off while they are speaking and has no people skills. Unfortunately you encounter her before you get to Barbara. This will be the last time this office handles my parent’s taxes until she is gone. There are better CPA offices out there.

Very rude and will never go back. She does not go that extra mile for her customer's, as customers would like. And if she does choose to then more then likely their her close friends. As for her secretary's, their job is to obviously answer the phone or call customers to set an appt to discuss their taxes, well customers do have questions and if the secretary is not by law able to answer questions pertaining to taxes then she should not call anyone but simply ANSWER THE PHONE AND DIRECT CALLS ONLY!!!! I do not recommend this tax offfice to anyone. Customers are better off going through TurboTax and it's free! Why pay pay $125-150 to someone who doesnt go that extra mile and their rude?
