I recently had to hire Mr. Baumgardner to represent a family member of mine. He was very knowledgeable about the legal system and proceedings. He guided us through the process, helped us to understand how each phase would go, and made us aware when things (by the other side) were not being done appropriately. Additionally, even though he had to travel 2 hours to be in court with us a few times, he only charged us a small fraction of what other local firms wanted to charge us for representation. I would recommend him to anyone.

He is the best most kindest attorney out there! I had a serious injustice done to me. It was a massive battle in court! He maintained absolute professionalism and fought for me in ways no one else would! I can't thank him enough for how he dealt with my case. Someone needs to give him an award!
If you ever need an attorney there is no better choice! He will fight for you in every step and keep your best interest in mind. He is worth every penny! Please don't go with anyone else. You will regret it if you do! Over the year and a half that we had to fight. I have seen a lot of attorneys try and work their magic in court and Brumgardner Law Firm seemed to be the only one that truly cared!

Mr. Baumgardner was our first choice for drawing up our Wills, and worked with us extensively in designing documents that completely make our final wishes known. I have been very pleased with Mr. Baumgardner's service. He is professional, and is one of the few attorney's that will actually return phone calls.
Mr. Baumgardner handles cases covering an extensive geographical area and has a large case load, however, he has managed to find the time to speak with me on several occasions regarding a case in which he is court appointed. His slogan is "The People's Lawyer" and I have seen first hand that this is the case. It is refreshing to see an attorney who really cares and is trying to make a difference in a system that is indifferent.

These two case number you can look up and remember. Drew County case number 22cr-21-20 and Bradley County case number 06cr-21-04. These are cases against myself and my wife Carrie. Caleb represented us on both and in both cases the charges were dropped. I can't promise you the moon and the stars in your case, but I trust Caleb even when he says stuff that I don't want to hear. If he has a plea agreement know he has to offer it, but also trust him if he says it is in your best interest.
