These guys can do wonders and they’re on the “up and up” with holding the city of Denver responsible for violating basic civil rights. They have represented me and did wonders for two cases and a simple google search of news articles of this group will show that they have won their clients settlements well into the millions for civil rights violations in federal court against Denver police. If your rights have been violated these guys should be top of your list to guarantee that police will be held accountable in federal court. They believe in the constitution and American rights and will go above and beyond that corrupt government officials are held responsible for not respecting them.

I'd advise quitting your job in order to qualify for a public defender over working with Baumgartner Law. They will string you along for literally months, neglect to do things they themselves told you they would do, and they'll even neglect to appear for your court dates. And then when you get upset that your life is falling apart around you, they call you emotionally manipulative. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Shortly after signing the contract with Dan, my ex drained my bank account. I made Dan aware of this. I made Dan aware when I cut my hours back at my job, and when I eventually had to quit my job due to PTSD. I repeatedly reiterated to Dan that I had absolutely nothing left, and yall would inevitably desert me, but he assured me that would not be the case and we would work it out somehow. For MONTHS. I could have switched lawyers months ago if Dan had not continuously mislead me. The kind thing to do would have been to refer me elsewhere, but he did not. He strung me along for months, *promised that this would not make it to trial* and ultimately neglected to do anything helpful. 0 stars.

By the way, you can thank the public defender who literally talked me down off a bridge for this review.

EDIT 2; Since leaving this review, I've since been declared legally incompetent to stand trail. And yall were perfectly willing to put me through that just to line your coffers. Seems like maybe business hasn't been going so well for yall? That's a shame...

This joke of a man does not know the law he will say anything to take your money he will drag out the process just for the DA to offer the same deal they offered in the beginning and after sentencing you will not hear from this snake or get any help from him do not go with this con man find someone better that cares about your situation

Recommended Baumgartner law firm via attorney w/ same family name as Doctor commencing suit against. Dr. Baumgartner accepted $5,000 Apple payment promising, “written opinion.” Am Senior subsisting on Social Security, grievously affected, after hospital malfeasance; No letter of Agreement (LOA) nor contactual understanding to represent promised; however, expected. Weeks transpired. Subsequently forced to reverse MasterCard payment. Under these conditions, unfortunately cannot recommend Baumgartner Law after distasteful experience.

Birk and his team of expert attorneys are the best attorneys in Colorado. Don't waste your time with other law firms. After you read this, call them, you would be foolish to do otherwise. Birk, Sean, and Dan are worth every dollar. If you’re looking for a law firm that is responsive, takes your case seriously, and fights tooth and nail to WIN your case, these are your guys! Sean strategically exposed the deputy’s lies and easily persuaded the hearing officer to dismiss the matter. Dan represented me during trial. The DA’s office thought they could throw Dan off his game the day of trial, but boy were they wrong. They filed a last minute motion and had 2 district attorneys show up to trial in an attempt to intimidate Dan in a 2-vs-1 situation. Dan remained cool, calm, and collected the entire time in spite of this. His charismatic style and straightforwardness were keys to our success during trial. Ultimately, I was found NOT GUILTY on both charges. 3 WINS in a single case. Thank you, Sean and Dan!

Birk provided a free, 20 minute consultation and genuinely expressed interest in my situation.

Thankfully I was able to negotiate a favorable agreement between myself and my previous employer without legal intervention. However, Birk was instrumental in guiding my thoughts and cementing my confidence that I had a strong case.
