The service Bay Area Phlebotomy and Laboratory Services provided was amazing. The Phlebotomist arrived on time and made the whole blood draw process smooth and easy. I will be booking my future lab work with them. Thank you for your professionalism and customer service, Shawn!

One draw with them went fine. Fine in the sense that it arrived to the destination. Second time I used them, my sample didn’t arrive. They dropped it in FedEx supposedly, and apparently what I was told was that FedEx lost it. FedEx said it never got it. Apparently it so happens that blood samples sometimes get discarded by employees, and you need to make sure to get a receipt and not just drop the envelope in a box.

Some representative called me and said they had “modified their practices” to ensure that wouldn’t happen again (basically actually going inside of the FedEx office and getting a receipt). And offered me free mobility fee for next time (LOL). Was so mad that didn’t fight it. But basically I am out 150 dollars, and have my sample lost. Could have at least offered the whole thing back, but didn’t.

2 stars then. Meh, service.

The most wonderful people. Was weekly tested, saliva not nasal. Results in 2 hours last few months, prior to that next day. They offer nasal testing but not what I prefer. Super friendly.

I hired this service for my special needs daughter since it is difficult for me to take her to Lab Corp during these difficult times. The phlebotomist came on time and the blood draw was easy. But when we got the reports back only 2 orders were run out of 5 that we had. Now the LabCorp is saying that is all the samples and requisitions they got from Bay Area P and L. I spoke to the Bay Area phlebotomy people and they don;t have any idea on what's going on. All in all we wasted 3 weeks of precious treatment time while my daughter was suffering and no answers from anyone regarding where the samples are lost. They want us to pay $200 again to get blood drawn for rest of the tests which is ridiculous. I will have to take her ti the LabCorp anyways to get other tests done which is what I was trying to avoid by paying $200 to these people for the services. Very disappointed.

The phlebotomist that drew my child's blood was extremely unskilled!! I aa hoping they would send someone with at least a few years experience. This person was right out of school. Watch out for what you pay for!

I've taken PCR Covid tests twice here. Staff was very friendly, and I was out in 5 minutes. Street parking was easy to find on Camino Plaza, and it's a short walk from there to the clinic.

Bay Area PLS has been a great partner for our K-8 school. BAPLS helped us implement rapid antigen test screening for COVID-19 for our staff and students. BAPLS staff are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend their services to schools and youth organizations.
