Very poor customer service skills. When the system is not working there is simply no other way to make appointments. That seems concerning that it is frequently down. There must be another way to make appointments while maintenance fixes the issue. Training should also be considered for those answering the phone.
The woman who answered my phone said “you can make your own appointment” like yes I know that, but I’m calling you to help. I didn’t realize asking for help was that difficult for this office.

Made an appointment for 8am. Showed up early and checked in. One of the civilians was very coarse and rude, I was polite and provided all needed information. Several other customers served before me, including a guy with a 9am appointment. More than an hour past my appointment, still waiting. No sense of urgency, no good instructions or directions. Do yourself a favor, make the trip to Travis instead. Far superior service, and even with the extra drive time you will still probably save time.

System was down which I understand is out of their control but the lady on the phone was unprofessional rude was basically telling she wouldn’t set up an appointment for me. and the location on google maps sent me to and empty lot in the middle of no where.

No appointment needed to unblock CAC's. Sometimes the DEERS system is down which makes the trip up there really unfortunate.

System went down for the whole day, apparently this happens a lot, with all ID card places (DoD system) I left my number, they called me back and I was able to get seen right away the next day. Thank you

Never pick up the phone, slow and rude when you go into office and if you’re super unlucky you will have totally wasted your time driving all the way on base because their system will be down.
