You should inform people of your ridiculous procedures for court. Standing outside for an hour in 90 degree weather shows how little you care about the people in this town .

Five stars for the employees/staff. They definitely have to put up with a lot. I would advise lining up at least an hour before your court time, in order to be finished as quickly as possible. Lining up 30 minutes prior or later will ensure you're going to be waiting outside in line for at least an hour past your scheduled court time.

The court staff were polite, respectful, and efficient during my court experience. Judge Jeff Conner was very patient, fair and made the environment less intimidating than I was expecting. It was a pleasure watching the court proceedings and seeing how well the flow of cases went. I witnessed that Judge Conner provided defendants opportunities to ask questions and displayed compassion and fairness hearing their pleas.

Phone never works and gives bad time that their "open" clerks almost had me arrested and apologized for it. Mixed me up with 3 different Hispanics with 30 years apart from my age... Beyond incompetent.

So I had the opportunity for a little interaction with a one Rachel working in this establishment. She was a absolute delight to speak with. She helped me tremendously with my traffic tickets with a simple email. Couldn't be more pleased.

I hope they get this online payment figure out. I have to drive all the way over there to pay on my fines. They went from ecourtpay to myfinepayment and it's a total waste of time. Are they trying to get you late on purpose

All these bad reviews are because no one likes going to court. This judge is very fair, gives people chances. Hess not their to send you to jail, he works with you and i totally respect him and his staff. Ladies were always kind when I'd pay fines. These ppl should see felony court, then they can be pouty.
