Fantastic service, personal feel and quick/prompt realistic opportunity to get my business the respect it deserves…
Unfortunately, I have reached out, called, emailed and contacted “my accountant” for 4 months and no response to questions that I have as a new business. As a new business owner we are terrified, need help, assurance, advice, and this is not the company! They may have family/personal things that are more pressing but a phone call or text would help, and I would still be a customer!

I was a new client for 2022 and after meeting with the accountant, getting a quote and agreeing that I would be notified if further charges would be added, I was ultimately charged over $100 more than originally quoted with no notification. When I asked about this, he said the charges were because I was a new client and he forgot that he agreed to notify me of additional fees.
Pros: My taxes were done very quickly - within a few days of dropping off my info, and the staff is friendly.
Cons: Caution new clients for undisclosed additional fees.

I still have not received our tax documents, I received a cal from them in October and they said I needed to bring them a check for 6k to pay for taxes to another state. After speaking to the IRS I was told that it is illegal for them to ask for us to bring them a check to pay our owed. Have contacted an attorney to file charges against them.
