This is my second time here and it was a great, quick and efficient experience again! This second time Bernice was the associate who helped me, she explained the process each step of the way and i was in and out in under 5 min. I will definitely come back to this location.

Worst customer service ever! The young lady with braces and dark hair made a mockery of me in the waiting room in front of other customers and staff. I came by her requested cut off time of 3:30pm and she informed me that she was not working overtime to do my fingerprinting. Told me I needed to look around and see that there were 3 other people. Said that I could sit there and wait but it would be for nothing she was not working over time for me. Her body language was condescending and everyone in the office was appalled. I tried to explain it was for my nursing license and this was important and that is why I tried to make an appointment but she said it was not necessary so I took off work an hour early to be there before 3:30.

Not good. The girls there didn’t seem to know what they were talking about. I went in to get fingerprinted for my Wear and Carry application. I was told that I needed an authorization code, which I did not have and did not know I needed. I was also told by 2 other people that the one lady was rude to them.

Go to the place in Elliott City by the Courthouse instead. Went there. They had the authorization code I needed on their end and the process was much smoother

Called around 2:30 and asked about walking for fingerprinting. Was told they accepting wakings and that they close at 4pm. So I get there at 3pm. A sign is up out to lunch. I end up waiting 40 mins till someone told us she will not be taking anyone else for the day and they said they have no idea why. Basically went to lunch and never came back and never informed anyone.

Beautiful office, everyone was very knowleagable and helpful and I had no wait. I was told Monday and Thursday are the busiest days. Google Maps won't take you to the correct parking area; it's fastest to turn at Union Jacks and then take a right. It's the Merrill Lynch building in suite 200 on the second floor, same level that you walk in on. I'll definitely go there again.

Went there in July for wear and carry and HQL license fingerprints and Cristofer was very nice. He did the fingerprints but only did one set instead of 2 and submitted the wrong OPI #. However, I called him today and he corrected his mistakes without charging me again and he was very nice about it.

Called to ensure that they did Maryland wear and carry. They said that did, told me their hours of operation. Unlike Fieldprint who told me they did and didn't. Could not get it fixed and they would not give me a refund Biometrics was great
