I can't say enough about Josh Roberts and his assistant Judith Stanley. My case began in New York with a high priced, highly recommended attorney on Long Island and an ex wife in Florida. After a year of draining my bank account and hitting dead ends, because of a very complicated situation, my Long Island lawyer told me he could not do anything for me, and I should withdraw my New York action, find a lawyer in Florida, and repeat the process, and file for a divorce again, in Florida. At this point I was facing a very desperate situation . By some miracle, and through various recommendations, I was directed to Josh Roberts. After listening to my situation, Josh assured me that he would be able to help me. I got a good feeling from him, so I trusted him to take on this frustrating almost impossible case. As we proceeded through perseverance, intelligence, decisiveness and fortitude and all with compassion for me, he guided me to a fair and equitable settlement, that I thought could never happen. Juliette Lippman mediated for us in our second attempt at mediation in a year. She came across as considerate, intelligent and collaborative. My first mediation was with a different mediator who was ok but I believe Juliette was definitely better. After the first mediation my wife accepted and then reneged on a deal, fired her attorney I had willingly paid for, and went and found one of the sleazier attorneys she could to try to cause drama and never during the year did she so much as even communicate what she wanted. She continued to recklessly attack even as one of my children developed severe mental health concerns.
