I have worked with many title companies over the years. Aside from the fact that a Title company was not needed in the first place (which is crazy and not particulartly this company's issue), the person we worked with was ridculously unprofessional. We wrote a personal check for a purchase of a mobile home. This employee all but accused us of writing a check that would not clear the account and of not being authorized to write the check on that account in the frist place. While we were on the phone trying to come up with a solution that would fit for both of us she hung up when I suggested she take it directly to the bank herself. Listen clear Blair Title, if you have a question about taking a personal check then I would advise you tell the buyer to bring a certified check beforehand. I will never ever recommend this place and never work with anyone who does.

She went above and beyond the call of duty to help coordinate the closing for their home in Nebraska with the timing of their closing on new home in Tennessee. I sold my home and Blair Abstract & Title Co were the company that the buyer used. They closed on my house and I did not get my proceeds the day they closed. When I called and spoke to the closing agent and she was very rude and had absolutely no social skills what so ever. She lied to me when the money had been wired to my real estate agent and was very sarcastic. I was trying to close on another house which had to have the times changed twice due to the incompetency of this clerk at Blair Abstract & Title Co. She was very upset when I told her that I plan on writing a review telling how my experience had been with Blair Abstract & title co and she hung up the phone on me. I would not ever recommend this place to anyone.
