We hired this team for my son based on their good reviews. Unfortunately they would never return our calls. When the lawyer finally went to see my son in jail my son said she talk to him like he was trash. They also missed court two dates. We switched lawyers. I would not recommend unless it's a speeding ticket maybe.

I have always said that the true measure of someone is not by the errors they commit, but how they face up to those errors and attempt to correct them.

I was very dissatisfied with BRCK's service. My case had been shuffled through numerous BRCK lawyers and it seemed to had gotten to the point that public representation would have been better.

Robert Arellano was the last BRCK lawyer that was assigned to my case. He walked into it, as I mentioned, when it seemed that it was futile. In other words, the whole bag of dirt got dumped on Robert. I told him that my experience with BRCK was worse than the experience I had with the State.

Upon hearing that, Robert said that he would commit himself to me and to provide the best representation possible. He explained to me the logistical problems that BRCK had been experiencing and told me that he would do everything he could to make up for it.

My discussions with regards to the case with Robert were interesting and intense. We would sometimes talk over and interrupt each other. In several of the meetings that we had, before concluding, I would ask him about other cases that he was handling. Needless to say that he has a stressful job.

Repeating my opening paragraph, "the true measure of a man is how he fixes his errors". The errors in the handling of my case were not of Robert's doing, but he did indeed fix them. BRCK, as a team, certainly came through. And Robert led the charge. Long story short: DISMISSAL.
