Attorney Brette Fitton indicated to a relative that she would be getting out of the Guardian Ad Litem game once my case, KNO-FA20-6105935-S, came to a conclusion, so here's a review before she departs. Brette began her duties in our case on 3/1 0/2023 and I have to say, it was comforting knowing someone would have had my child's best interests at heart. At the time Mr. Fitton was hired, I was naive and willing to bring some finality to the case. After experiencing Brette in GAL action, she truly goes beyond the courtroom. I have a 6-year old daughter who has been entangled in this judicial tug of war since she was 1 year old. As a loving, involved father, it has been distressing watching her grow up in this type of environment. As tensions grew and the case evolved to become more of a child protective situation, that’s when Brette became involved. Have to run but will continue this review in the near future.
