Many thanks to Clint for his pragmatic assessment of our situation, which was to decide whether we needed all new end-of-life documents for my mom since she is a new Texas resident. He gave us the information we needed to make a decision, which likely will be to not worry about updating our documents. I should also mention that all my interactions with the office were very positive, from booking the appointment to emailing back and forth to ensure all our documents were submitted. Cindy (a paralegal) was fantastic.
Although we are not likely to utilize their legal services at this time, in the future I would certainly return to this practice and in the meantime highly recommend them to you!
