I have purchased two vehicles and basically been a victim of fraud. In California they must keep the financial contract for 10 years they claimed to of lost it supposedly so they just made one up that supports there terms and conditions which they changed. They taken more than 80k if not 100k plus ruined my credit as well as forged my signature. I have proof of everything. I continued to pay my monthly installment realizing it was taking too long to be paid off it was originally 36 month loanml. Before the last payment I got a email which I didn't notice another 3 years of payments were due. I paid twice the value of my car. Paid off the first vehicle o purchased for 20k second month having change of heart when getting the second vehicle and suppose to gave had 16k trade in value credit towards my new car note. I have proof that the manager and another employee forged these documents I have decoded it all. I am being threaten for my life indirectly someone's calling me blocked snd whispering that I'm going to die if I don't stop or something of those lines. I know it has to do with this bc I asked for the financial agreement for the first vehicle bc it would say I paid it from instead had I not traded the first vehicle in it would of been paid off in August of 2017. In August 2017 I received a check from the dealership for dmv transfer fee or something. Mother second vehicle was suppose to be paid off in September if 2017. I logged into my ally account which before would show my contract and the first vehicle being paid off and all of sudden it was gone with no record or history. I called ally and they would just give me the run around as though they were lll guilty. I need a lawyer I have all documents I saved it all thank God ite been a blessing for me to be able to prove my claim I just need an attorney that's willing to go after a huge dealership if they can give me 5 min I can prove my claim and show I have a valid claim but times running out I feel my life's in jeopardy. I wrote down this situation and shared it with many people as I could but I feel they are paranoid that I'm asking for such documents and the weird financial agreement they just wrote up to support the contracts which they forged on the second contract instead of paying off the first vehicle they pocketed the cash and added the credit of 16l to the amount balance plus refinanved the vehicle at 10.90 percent. So I lost 20k cash plus another 16k they said I owed for the first vehicle and top of that 10.90 apr I paid almost 11k in interest plus 28k for the second car when I really purchase it for 21k so total damage 47k plus 28k $75k if not little more. They also made copies of my credit cards and used them to ruin my credit charge close to 100k in purchased. I had perfect credit up until August 2014 whenni went to purchase a the vehicle and after that invoiced first 10k charge that the dealership forged my signature and charged my card 3 days later for 10k. I called the bank and I kept the response from them as well this is crazy please help eomeone and refer an attorney that has time to meet in person and have a talk so I show them. I can't fax these documents I want to know someone will represent me before I just let my documents that will ultimately incriminate these criminals and hopefully bring justice to many whom couldn't prove there allegations as I was able to.
