Callie Cambridge responded to my initial query the same day I submitted it. In that first conversation we reviewed my case, devised a strategy for it, as well as we developed a work agreement - all very efficient and professional. Callie got back to me a few days later informing me of newly discovered background information that would have to alter our plans. She acknowledged the new plan was beyond her scope and referred me to an attorney. But after that she continued to be responsive, continued to provide answers to my questions, even though we had never formally engaged in a work agreement. She was a great help to me, without ever asking for a penny. Very conscientious, very customer friendly. I will recommend Cambridge Legal Services to anyone asking if I know a good paralegal service.

Called this place to get assistance in an issue that I was having with my fathers retirement account, the lady didn't seem very informed and just wanted to push me off on a probate attorney which is not what I need. When I pushed back on needing a probate attorney she got snippy and I ended the call.
