Matt is a very detailed and thorough instructor. (OSHA 30 Course) He made the class interesting and exciting. I come from a construction background and are very familiar with everyday safety practices and can say he is very passionate about safety and really makes you think and approach everyday functions from a safe point of view. The class was very interactive, he used a lot of good videos (some funny ones) to make you realize and think the way safety manager should really think. Matt did a great job teaching the CAL/OSHA Training Course that I was required to take. He was professional and the course was very educational. Matt provided us with many documents and templates to help our businesses be compliant. Even though the course was 4 full days long, Matt kept us engaged and showed entertaining videos so it felt like it went by quickly. I took the Cal OSHA training with Matt and he was awesome. I thought this would be a boring, dreadful, learning experience but honestly I was wrong. Matt is very patient, he is very knowledgeable and is full of information. He shows videos making the sessions fun and he also welcomes any questions, comments and concerns making the time go faster because we can interact and learn at the same time. I learned so much from this training. I also like that we can still reach out to Matt after the session and ask any questions we might have. I would definitely recommend this training.
