One star is one too many for Capstone! They absolutely had the worst Morals of any company I have EVER dealt with. They lie for their long time clients without batting an eye. They litterally told us they were ready to close on our property, yet hadn't even secured the earnest money, not to mention the deal funding (you know, the money they signed a contract stating they secured) they never secured either!! CAPSTONE was the worst decision I made, so the rightful recourse is to make sure no one else goes through what I went through with these horrible folks!! Too many good ponds in pueblo to be fishing from this one, and that's my honest 2c!!

Really enjoyed working with Pam! Super patient and friendly.. only bad was, they didn't separate funds correctly so I ended up with all monies. Instead of getting only my share, so I had to do extra work and spend extra money, that this title company never reimbursed me for! So make sure they do the right paperwork before you sign so you don't have to pay for it later like I did...

If I could put no stars I would. 4 days after closing and I still haven’t received funding. No word from
capstone, not even an email. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone buying or selling a house.
