I am in the process of searching for new accountant, since mine has retired, and contacted Carollo & Associates after reviewing their website. I filled out the information on their site along with a brief explanation of my financial status and sent it in. The site explained that I would be contacted for a brief consultation. Immediately after that, I called the office and spoke to a woman who said she would have Mr. Carollo contact me and set up a consultation. It's been over a week and haven't heard a thing. Very poor business practices. If he's too busy to contact a potential client, then maybe he's too busy to accurately analyze a tax return.
